IAM Labs LLC ("IAM Labs", "we") makes apps for businesses. This policy explains what our apps and this website collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details: your name, work email and the company you belong to, so you can sign in.
Business content you add: tasks, notes, answers and settings you enter in our apps.
Device details for alerts: a push-notification token, if you turn on alerts.
Billing: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not see or store full card numbers.

Our apps are not designed for patient or other protected health information, and you should not enter it.

How we use it

Only to run the apps for you: to sign you in, show your company's information to the people in your company, send the alerts you asked for, and bill your subscription. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Each company's data is kept separate. People see only the companies they belong to. We use trusted providers to host the apps (for example, Supabase for the database and Cloudflare for this website), and they process data only on our behalf.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@iamlabs.app.

Children

Our apps are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
